Read posts regularly. See what colleagues from Loma Linda, Andrews, Avondale and other K-20 Adventist institutions have contributed already.
Write and submit a post of 500 words on one big idea you’d share with a colleague new to your position . Consider the Guidelines for Writers. Be a missionary by sharing your best practices with Adventist teachers in world regions with limited continuing education options.
