We have gathered a selection of tools to support your research.

JWL has a team of librarians who engage with faculty to provide in-depth and meaningful research assistance to students and faculty in their designated academic areas. We have created a list of librarians to help you find research assistance, library instruction, or to further build the library collection within your specialty.

The James White Library promotes Information Literacy programs through course-related instruction and workshops. Tours, search strategy development, evaluating web sites and other sources, and instruction on specific databases can be tailored to a specific courses.

The Subject Guides pulls together all types of information about a particular subject or course study. (i.e. Biology, English, Education, etc), such as books, databases, eBooks, dissertations, electronic journals, etc. Teachers can request a liaison librarian to create a subject guide tailored to their specific courses.

You can support the library's collection development and place the materials for your classes in the library's reserves.
