Patron Services: Overview

Welcome to the Patron Services LibGuide!

The patron Services department, located on the main floor of the James White library, provides equitable access to library resources, services and facilities of the James White Library.  The department comprises of the circulation, course reserves, Multi-media services, ILL/MeLCat, stacks maintenance, building safety and security.  We can help you with your questions about locating items in the library, your library account, placing ILL requests, course reserves, study room reservations, etc. Patron Services contacts are as follows:

Our general opening hours during the semester are as follows, but library hours vary during breaks and holidays. We are closed on New Year Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Labor Day.

Sunday – 9:00 am – 12:00 am

Monday – Thursday -- 8:00 am – 12 am

Friday – 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Saturday – Closed.
